一、政治思想方面：

本人热爱党，坚持党的教育方针，忠诚党的教育事业：能认真学习“三个代表”重要思想、十九大报告精神，思想端正，服从学校的工作安排，办事认真负责；把自己的精力、能力全部用于学校的教育教学过程中，并能自觉遵守职业道德，在学生中树立良好的教师形象；与同事们团结协作，在各方面以党员的标准严格要求自己，以便更快地适应教育发展的形势。

二、教育教学工作

首先，能认真把握教材。把课标、教参与课本有机结合，以提高学生分析问题和解决问题能力为目标，切实落实培养学生的创新思维和创造能力，并且能利用课堂时间不断地以新型热点材料为背景创设提问角度，帮助学生拓展思路，从而使学生们分析、解决问题的能力不断提高。

第二，能把握学生的认知水平和能力。重视对已学知识的巩固和新、旧知识的联系，达到帮助学生学会求知、不断发展的目的。

第三，尊重学生。重视与学生之间的情感交流和培养，在严格管理的同时能尊重学生的学习热情和认知能力，提出与学生自身水平相当的问题，鼓励他们大胆探索，共同提高。

在做好教学工作的同时，我还积极参加教研活动，并积极承担科组的各项活动，例如认真准备师徒汇报课，参与出卷等，在这些活动中，我锻炼了自己，并提高了能力，让我得到了迅速地成长。　

三、其他方面：

社会在发展，时代在进步。我深知当一名教师如果不重视更新自己的知识，将会被时代所淘汰，为了跟上时代的步伐，培养出符合社会要求的接班人，我不心断努力提高自身的素质，积极参加新教师培训、公需课培训、专业课培训以及校本培训。以及利用互联网和《中小学外语教学》教学杂志了解当前的教学教改动态等，积累别人的宝贵经验，更新自己的教学方法和教育观念，从而不断提高自己的理论水平、实践能力和工作效率。并及时反思，对教育的所思所想及时记录下来。

总之，社会对教师的素质要求越来越高，在今后的教育教学工作中，我将更严格要求自己，努力工作，发扬优点，改正缺点，开拓前进，为美好的明天贡献自己的力量。
